Apple, Strawberry and Rhubarb Crumble
Ingredients
- 1 scoop Optimal Essentials Vanilla Healthy Weight
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 40g raw rhubarb
- 50g frozen strawberries
- 1 red apple
- 2 teaspoon chia seeds
- 200ml cold oat milk or water
- 1 tablespoon yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon honey
Chocberry Hazelnut Shake
Ingredients
- 1 scoop Optimal Essentials Chocolate Healthy Weight
- 2 teaspoons chia seeds
- 2 teaspoons flax seeds
- 100g frozen blueberries
- 1 banana
- 30g blanched hazelnuts
- 2 teaspoons cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 300ml cold milk or water
Dirty Chai
Ingredients
