Apple, Strawberry and Rhubarb Crumble

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Optimal Essentials Vanilla Healthy Weight
  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 40g raw rhubarb
  • 50g frozen strawberries
  • 1 red apple
  • 2 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 200ml cold oat milk or water
  • 1 tablespoon yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Chocberry Hazelnut Shake

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Optimal Essentials Chocolate Healthy Weight
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds
  • 2 teaspoons flax seeds
  • 100g frozen blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • 30g blanched hazelnuts
