6-Week Running Transformation Program

Overview
For those of you who have always wanted to learn how to run and dreamed of completing their first fun run, we wanted to provide you with an opportunity to do so.
- The running program is held two days a week for 6 weeks.
- Includes some technique-based training, interval / tempo training to get you started on your running journey.
